TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment:
All orders must be paid in full one week prior to event.
A $50 refundable deposit is required on most orders to book with us. This amount will save the # of item(s) you are needing as well as the date you are needing them. This amount is refunded to you after all items have been returned in good condition. Items must also be stacked appropriately for pickup. (Unless you have paid for teardown prior to event) Good condition means that the item(s) are not filthy, broken, or lost. We do not refund the deposit if you cancel.
Setup and Tear-down:
If arrangements are made in advance, we do offer set up and tear down for an additional fee.
General Use Instructions:
Use rental items with care at all times.
All rental items used outdoors must be protected from rain by either putting them in a shelter or by covering them completely with a tarp.
Use rental items only for their intended purpose.
Gather all rental items into one location for pickup.
Delivery and Pickup:
We deliver and pick up for free within 10 miles of Belton, SC. Delivery and pickup service is available at reasonable rates for deliveries outside of this range. Delivery and pickup charge does not include setup and tear down of any items other than tents. Standard delivery includes delivery of equipment inside the closest point of entry. Delivery of tent includes setup and tear-down. Other equipment delivered with tent will be stacked underneath the tent.
Cancellations:
You must cancel your rental within seven days of the delivery date to avoid a cancellation charge. We do not refund deposits if event is cancelled. 50% of your overall rental price is nonrefundable if canceled less than seven days of delivery date. However, the amount paid will be converted into a credit which can be applied towards a future rental. The credit applied to your account will only be valid for 1 year.

We require 50% deposit on all tent rentals. Please note due to high demand for tents we are unable to refund the deposit if you were to cancel.
